The Kasetsart Integrated Tourism Management Program (KITMAN), Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University, proudly initiated an experiential learning journey by nurturing first-year students to undertake practical hospitality training at “The Kaset, Hua-Hin” for a period of 300 hours.

This special training program aims to provide students with foundational knowledge and real-world experience in hotel operations, allowing them to learn “from the ground up” through direct exposure to professional hospitality practices. Throughout the program, students are immersed in various operational areas, gaining practical understanding of service standards, teamwork, communication skills, and hospitality professionalism within a real industry environment.

The experience at The Kaset, Hua-Hin reflects KITMAN’s strong commitment to Career Education, emphasizing the integration of classroom knowledge with practical industry-based learning.
